4.4. Promote the use of digital platforms in healthcare facilities in concertation with the relevant ministries

For healthcare facilities specifically, the project will start to push for exploitation of the digital health information platforms early on in the project. This will take place in urban or peri-urban settings, e.g. in teaching hospitals, as well as in rural settings. Specifically, for rural health facilities, an offline version running on solar power will be developed.
