4.4. Promote the use of digital platforms in healthcare facilities in concertation with the relevant ministries
Consortium partner communication staff will draft the communication plan and will produce content for the different communication channels in concertation with project management and project staff members.

4.2. Build the capacity of the health librarians in communication skills for dissemination & exploitation
Health librarians will disseminate information about the digital platforms and produce communication, dissemination & exploitation plans for every partner HEI for all three project- specific objectives.

4.1. Organize workshops to disseminate the use of digital health information platforms to other health sciences HEIs in the SEA region
During two workshops, a broad range of interested experts from other health sciences HEIs, ministries and healthcare facilities will be invited.

Disseminate the use of the digital platforms to health sciences’ students and staff of other (non-partner) HEIs and encourage exploitation by healthcare professionals in the SEA region
We assume that HEI management is fully agreeing with the project and supports the information flow within the partner HEI
